Do I have to include all my credit cards in my bankruptcy

Yes, because even if you don’t report them to your attorney, most likely they will close down and you will be stuck with the debt. We can file an amendment before your case closed to add that card, but why not add it from the beginning. We do not have to list a credit card that has a zero balance but you cannot pay off cards with more then $600 prior to filing for bankruptcy or it is considered a preference.
